Verify Requirements Independently

While we may provide common image size and format requirements as a convenience, these requirements can change at any time without notice. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying current image requirements with the official source before submission
• Ensuring your resized images meet all technical specifications required by the target service
• Checking that your images are accepted by the portal or service you're submitting to

No Guarantee of Acceptance

We do not guarantee that images processed through Resize4U will be accepted by any third-party website, portal, examination system, government service, or application. Acceptance depends on many factors beyond file size and dimensions, including but not limited to:

• Image quality and compression artifacts
• Color space and format compatibility
• Content requirements (background color, face position, etc.)
• File metadata and technical specifications
• Changes in third-party requirements

Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no representations or warranties about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any preset size requirements
• The suitability of output images for any specific purpose
• The availability or reliability of the Service

Always Check Official Sources

Before submitting images to any official service, exam portal, or application, always:

1. Visit the official website or documentation for current requirements
2. Verify file size, dimensions, format, and any other technical specifications
3. Check for additional requirements such as background color, aspect ratio tolerances, or content guidelines
4. Test your image with the target portal's validation tool if available
5. Keep backup copies of your original images
