User Files Are Not Hosted

Resize4U does not host, store, transmit, or publish user files. All image processing occurs entirely in the user's web browser on their own device. Images uploaded to the Service never reach our servers and are never stored by us.

Therefore, we cannot receive valid DMCA takedown notices for user-uploaded images, as we do not possess or control them.

All original content on this website (code, design, text, graphics, logos) is owned byResize4U Team or used with permission. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same.

Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe that content on our website (not user-processed images, which we do not host) infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@resize4u.com with the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on our website (provide the URL or specific location).
3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to info@resize4u.com with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [COUNTRY/STATE], and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content if the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access to the Service for users who are repeat copyright infringers where appropriate.
